This course is a pre-requisite for ECG, Phlebotomy, and Medical Billing & Coding. It provides instruction in the skills needed for the proper building and dissecting of medical terminology; to have a clear understanding of standard rules using word parts to form medical terminology; to have an overview of medical terms in the context of basic anatomy and physiology; and to understand Latin and Greek word parts to interpret unfamiliar words.
