IB 126 - Pendleton Campus, IBDC Building
The Industrial and Business Development Center (IBDC) is located on the main campus in Pendleton. Parking is available near the IBDC in "Lot I" and "Lot E"Samantha Stuart
Samantha is a SC licensed Broker with LPT Realty. She has been licensed in the Real Estate industry since 2004. She has held all of the following titles in Real Estate, Office Manager, Property Manager, Real Estate Agent, Broker, and Broker In Charge. Her current title is Associate Broker as she is with LPT Realty. She teaches at Western Upstate Academy of Real Estate classes held at Tri-County Technical College. She teaches Pre-Licensing classes, Property Management, Broker A, and Broker B. She also teaches Consultative Selling, Leadership and Supervision, Customer Service, Personal Finance, and other classes for Tri-County Technical College as well. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, The SC Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, The Western Upstate Association of Realtors, The Western Upstate Multiple Listing Service, and The Greater Greenville Multiple Listing Service. She is a Realtor®, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Certified (SFR), Loss Mitigation Certified (LMC), Real Estate Owned Certified (REO), Relocation Certified, Express Offer Certified, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), Certified Business Development Agent (CBDA), Certified Expert Buyers Agent (CEBA), Certified Expert Listing Agent (CELA), Certified Listing Marketing Expert (CLME), Certified New Home Professional (CNHP), Certified Real Estate Marketer (CREM), At Home with Diversity Certified (AHWD), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) Endorsed from the National Association of REALTORS®, and a Certified Real Estate Mentor and Coach. She is also Nationally Certified in Consultative Sales. She is a Growth Development Associates (GDA) Certified Instructor. She is an award-winning Instructor having won a National Continuing Education Award for her Real Estate Sales Class Training. Her passion, training, and education have made her a well-rounded Agent and Instructor with great success. When not running her Real Estate business or teaching, Samantha can be found spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling, photography, attending sporting events, attending live music events, and spending time just hanging out with friends and family.
