| Samantha Chrestensen | Samantha is a SC licensed Broker with LPT Realty. She has been licensed in the Real Estate industry since 2004. She has held all of the following titles in Real Estate, Office Manager, Property Manager, Real Estate Agent, Broker, and Broker In Charge. Her current title is Associate Broker as she is with LPT Realty. She teaches at Western Upstate Academy of Real Estate classes held at Tri-County Technical College. She teaches Pre-Licensing classes, Property Management, Broker A, and Broker B. She also teaches Consultative Selling, Leadership and Supervision, Customer Service, Personal Finance, and other classes for Tri-County Technical College as well. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, The SC Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, The Western Upstate Association of Realtors, The Western Upstate Multiple Listing Service, and The Greater Greenville Multiple Listing Service. When not running her Real Estate business or teaching, Samantha can be found spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling, photography, attending sporting events, attending live music events, and spending time just hanging out with friends and family. She is a proud Mom, a fur baby Mom of German Shepherds, and a die-hard University of South Carolina Gamecocks fan. |

Tom Rauch FOA Master Instructor – CFOT, CFOI Tom retired from Verizon Communications as Manager, Network Operations. He was responsible for installation and maintenance field work groups throughout New Jersey. During his 30 year career with Verizon, Tom was involved in POTS (installation and maintenance), Digital, T1, T3, DSL/ADSL, Special Services (analog/digital), Safety, Training, Sales Generation and Public Affairs. After his retirement Tom has worked as a training consultant teaching FTTH (voice, data and video), Fiber Splicing and Fiber CO/Distribution Network Applications to broadband technicians throughout the country. He has also worked as a consultant providing computer training at community colleges in NJ, MD and VA. Tom is a Certified Fiber Optics Instructor and Fiber Optics Network Testing & Maintenance Specialist certified by the Fiber Optic Association (FOA). Hobbies – Biking, Camping, Water Sports, Traveling, Sports Enthusiast. |

| Ben Smith | Ben Smith is the South Carolina Small Busines Development Center (SBDC) Area Manager for the Clemson Area SBDC. He is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and controlling Clemson University's economic development outreach to entrepreneurs & small businesses throughout Anderson, Oconee and Pickens Counties of South Carolina via the South Carolina Small Business Development Center initiative. In addition to managing all aspects a multi-county service center, he personally consults a portfolio of roughly 150 business owners and/or managers per year on matters of strategic management, financial management, human resource management, operations management, and leadership in his capacity as an Area Manager with Clemson University's SBDC. In addition to his management and management-consulting responsibilities at the SBDC, he personally develops and/or facilitates professional development seminars & workshops for entrepreneurs and small business owners/managers on topics of management and leadership. |
