Department of Labor, Licensing Requirements, and Regulation
Keeping up with the ever-changing requirements of the NEC is a must for all positions involved in any of the electrical trades, and there were hundreds of updates and a few new articles added to the 2020 NEC. This 3-day course is a practical and interactive study of the 2020 NEC and its relevant changes.
This course is designed to provide insight, clarification, and a review of the 2020 NEC and how to apply those revisions in the field, reviewing the significant changes and providing explanations and analysis to help the participants understand the modifications made to the rules, their impact, and their practical application.
Participants will also look at possible conflicts of confusing NEC requirements, tips on proper electrical installations, and warning of dangers related to improper electrical installations.
Tuition includes all course materials, including a copy of the 2020 NEC.

In this course the student will learn to use the code book to correctly select, size, and replace or install wire, conduit, motor overload, fuses, and other protective devices.
