The Industrial and Business Development Center (IBDC) is located on the main campus in Pendleton. Jim is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and previously worked as an account director for a large logistics software firm. Since then he has bought/sold many properties in many different economic conditions while flipping homes, investing in income properties, and managing his own rental properties. Jim began his full time Real Estate Career in 2006 and has been a Top Producer ever since. He acquired his Broker license in 2017 and is the team leader of his own team. Jim’s team specializes in residential, lakefront, and income producing properties.
