At the completion of this training, the participant will be able to translate ladder diagram to ladder logic, and create a program and build the circuit using real-world components. Students then move to troubleshoot the PLC's ladder logic using provided software and multi-meters in order to locate a faulty input of output device, replace it, and get the process back up and running.
In This training, You Will Learn:
* Hardware
* Software
* IO Configuration and Data Files
* Communication
* Routines and Scanning
* Discrete Bit Logic
* Addresses and Editing
* Timers
* Counters
* Moves and Comparisons
* Math Functions
Participant will wire the actual input and output (I/O) field devices to the PLC. This includes photo-electric and inductive proximity sensors, slelector switches, pushbuttons, motor starters, indicator lamps, , contactors and other devices.
95% HANDS-ON TRAINING!
Who Should Attend:
Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, Process Techs, Lead Operators and anyone responsible for day to day operations and reliability of machinery.
