Program Courses/Topics Include:
Microsoft Excel 2016: Level 1
Targeted to the computer user who wants to become knowledgeable using Excel. Learn the fundamentals of Excel to include the Ribbon interface; entering and editing data; selecting cells and ranges, creating formulas and functions, charts and graphs; and more.
Accounting Basics will introduce some of the basic accounting principles, accounting concepts, and accounting terminology.
Excel for Accounting
Excel for Accounting blends together accounting principles and practices with Microsoft Excel.
Payroll Accounting is a practical approach to learning payroll accounting. Topics will include
calculating employee pay, processing new employees, federal and state income tax withholding,
unemployment taxes, reporting, and more.
Learning skills will include using basic accounting skills to create files, back up files, create companies,
work with customers and vendors, and banks. In addition, this course incorporates software learning with practices utilizing the accounting cycle, payroll, estimates and time tracking, physical inventory, balance sheet
accounts, budgeting, closing the books, adjusting entries and more.

If you do not make electronic payment within 24 hours, you may be removed from the class and placed back on the Interest List.
To pay by check: Please mail checks to Tri-County Technical College, Corporate & Community Education Division, P.O. Box 587, Pendleton, SC 29670. Checks should be made out to TRI-COUNTY TECHNICAL COLLEGE and must contain the student name(s) and the course name(s). Upon receipt of your check, our Customer Resource Center staff will contact you to let you know the dates of available sections and will register you in the section of your choice at that time.
