Participants will receive 80 hours of extensive overviews of all major manufacturing processes with emphasis on their responsibilities within each process. These include:
*Introductions and hands-on labs to all major machine processes:
Electro and Mechanical - Fluid Power / Electrical / PLCs / Robotics / CNC
*Hands-on certifications on over two dozen machine-specific tasks
*Quality systems:
Principles of precision measurement / ISO 9001 / Six Sigma / TQM
*Lean manufacturing processes:
5S / OEE / Root Cause Analysis
*OSHA 10-hr certification
*Team building
*Effective communication
Attendees will leave this course with the confidence and abilities to begin a new career, or continue a career in manufacturing, bringing with them new perspectives for change and continual improvement.
